Full Moon Women’s Circle
Thursday, January 28th 7:00-8:15pm
“Each time women gather in circle with one another, the world heals a little more” -Unknown
Throughout history, women have gathered in moon circles to recognize our interconnectedness, share feminine wisdom, remember our soul’s desires and restore a sense of inner well being. In the midst of this time of challenge, awakening and at times what may feel like a chaotic world, our intention is to offer a safe and sacred space for women of all ages to gather for ritual, movement, breath, song or chant, intention setting and sharing. There is something so powerful when women come together to support each other on their journey. We are healed, we are nurtured, and we feel comforted and understood. This first full moon of this new year can give us the opportunity to connect with the grounding energies of the earth and cosmos as well as to recognize and celebrate this awakening and the culmination of our intentions. Our invitation is for you to join us. Ruthi Solari, an awesome and inspiring women with years of experience leading women’s circles, will be leading our circle with assistance of Callie Stolz. Optional donation via Venmo @Santoshabigsky (no one will be turned away for lack of payment). The event is free to join, but please still sign up through our website so we can know how many to expect and space is limited (due to the need to be social distancing). We will be meeting at 326 Spruce Cone Dr., please come around the right side of the house, through the gate to the fire pit in the backyard.

Season’s Breathings Virtual Workshop with Beacon Collective
Saturday, December 12th 11:00-1:00pm
Take an epic ride through the seasons on a breathing exploration with Daniel and Chelsea
In this breathing exploration, we weave with the powerful cycles of our planet. A dynamic soundscape guides us through release (fall), stillness (winter), rebirth (spring), and celebration (summer)… ultimately returning our souls to a state of peaceful surrender. This is an opportunity to go deep – This container is for courageous explorers of self and spirit.
Mother Earth and breath are our wisest teachers. We’ll ask them for guidance. Then we’ll listen. Winter is coming. Are you prepared?
This experience will cultivate your self-sourced belief in the power of breath, vocal expression, and movement to navigate life. If you’re over complex philosophies and conceptual hula-hoops, then welcome to your landing pad. Season’s Breathings is like embodiment gymboree. We’ll close with tips to carry conscious embodiment beyond this experience. A handful of simple practices cultivate peace, deepen resiliency, and regulate emotional swings in any circumstance. This is an invitation to anchor embodiment as a way of being.
Your Guides: Chelsea & Daniel’s partnership is a unique balance of New & Old, East & West, Feminine & Masculine, and Internal & External that builds bridges to mold-shattering experiences. We may team up in all facets of life, but co-guiding embodiment experiences for courageous humans is of our highest excitement. We intentionally facilitate wide open spaces that put participants at the helm of their inner exploration and growth. Breathing with US is a deeply meditative practice of listening and responding to intuitive wisdom. We believe that this approach has a greater impact on your wellbeing, particularly beyond workshop containers, than more regimented alternatives. We studied under breathwork mentors in London and Los Angeles. By combining ancient wisdom of ceremony and space-holding with our passions for music, movement, and storytelling, we offer a fully immersive experience for modern times.
Investment: $33

New Moon Women’s Circle- CANCELLED
Sunday, June 21st 8:00-9:30pm
Due to the current spike in COVID-19 in our community we have decided to postpone our gathering this evening to the next full moon on Sunday, July 5th. We apologize for the last minute shift in plans, it just seemed the socially responsible thing to do at this time. Please save the date of Sunday evening July 5th to connect, more details will be posted about this soon. However, this is still a very powerful time for planting seeds and setting intentions. So my hope for all of you is that you all spend at least a little time in nature at some point today connecting with your inner wisdom and manifesting all your heart desires. Thank you for your understanding. Happy summer, happy new moon, happy solar eclipse and happy new beginnings!!

Our invitation is for you to join us.

Sound Healing with Amy Raven and Callie Stolz
Sunday, February 23rd 6:30 – 7:45 pm

Ecstatic Dance with Amy Raven
Friday, February 21st 7:15-8:15 PM
Ecstatic dance is a movement practice featuring elements of experimentation, intuitive interpretation, and physical expression. Through a practice of movement and stillness, we create a balance of polarities. It’s not about being a “good” dancer, it’s about listening, releasing, and allowing your body to break through stuck energy. Moving the body activates the force within! Transcend through movement while you breathe, flow, shake, dance, sweat, and surrender. Allow euphoria to wash over you with the celebration of balance while you gather in the community to dance.
Investment: Early Bird $15 until February 14th, after February 14th the drop-in rate is $20

Sound Meditation and Experience with Shaamaahs
Sunday, January 19th 2:00-4:15pm
What is sound meditation? This phrase is very prominent these days, and most of us are simply
curious on how sound meditation can help us achieve focus, and re-engage our “true self”. If I were to point to a single phrase that encompasses the importance of sound in relation to the human psyche and personal well being … It would be this.
“If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and
vibration” -Nikola Tesla
We as humans are walking energy, vibrating at multiple frequencies. If we’re to break this idea down into the esoteric realm of Chakra meditation …. It is important to note the seven major Chakras and the Universal OM have their own individual frequencies/notes. The Chakras are an intricate energy system that communicates with our bodies glandular functions.
The importance of developing the Pranic Energy Body connection with Chakra balancing
involves initiating the subtle energy body via yoga and meditation. This can be accomplished
with sound meditation to help focus working with the specific Chakras and developing our subtle
energy bodies ability to “oscillate” with an external sound catalyst. This workshop is designed to
be accessible by all levels of yogic, and meditative pursuits and will cover these subjects.
• Sound meditation theory involving both esoteric and analytical approaches.
• Introduction to Himalayan Singing Bowls, how to “sing” a bowl, and proper evaluation of
potential Singing Bowl prior to purchase.
• Spinal Pranayamic breath via Shushumna visualization.
• Chakra energy point stimulation via visualization and “brushing / stirring” techniques.
• Chakra Bija Mantra toning, Mudra exercises, and Breath Awareness.
• Following these exercises I will perform a 1 hour Chakra sound meditation involving Tuvan
Throat Singing, Himalayan Singing Bowls and a Shruti Box. Students will have an
opportunity to either lay in Svasana, or sitting meditation to include optional Chakra
visualization, Mudra, and 3rd eye lock.
• All attendees with receive a choice of 4 different high resolution 1hr long ShaamaahS Chakra
meditations and “cheat sheet” with Chakra descriptions, Mudra, and Mantras.
• Students will leave this class with the ability to practice, and develop their own personal
meditation practice.
• For an audio preview of the sound meditation go to www.shaamaahs.com/music

Introduction to the POWER OF THE BEAUTIFUL STATE
January 15th 7:30-8:30pm

We are excited to say that the 2-day transformational POWER of THE BEAUTIFUL STATE two-day Course is coming back to Big Sky in the beginning of May. However, we couldn’t wait to share with you a few of our favorite take-aways from the course this past fall and give you a couple tools to begin practicing to help you access this “power of the beautiful state”. Jill Singer, Kallie Harrison and Callie Stolz will be offering an introduction of this workshop and some powerful tools to take into your day to day life.
POWER of THE BEAUTIFUL STATE is simply and profoundly an effective method to access Presence or Higher Intelligence for more authentic living, abundance and connection. It is A Consciousness Game Changer. Last fall, Elizabeth Scherwenka (from Marin) and Lea Flocchini (from Sun Valley, Idaho) offered this as a weekend course. We had such a great response to it and further interest that we are excited to have them back again this spring. This weekend course is designed for those who’ve been on a spiritual path for years, for those who have never meditated or tried but failed at meditation, and for those who have gotten entirely too busy to push the pause button. More than a meditation course, it is a revolutionary program, grounded in neuroscience and balanced beautifully with wisdom teachings, ancient processes and simple practices, that gently guides participants from stressful, divisive states to calm, connected states.

Embrace Your Feminine: Understanding and using your hormone cycle for productivity and creativity in home and work
with Dr. Carlye Luft December 18th 7:30-8:30pm
There is no question the “Feminine” now plays a powerful role in western culture. Yes, we can “have it all”. However, women are beginning to realize that “doing more” does not necessarily equate to efficiency and productivity. The activities and responsibilities of professional career work, taking care of family, and managing a household is beginning to take its toll on many American women. This makes me recall the advice given to me many times by my mentor and good friend, Coral Grant, which is to never confuse activity with accomplishment. Our “Do-it-all” and “do-more” nature has kept us from taking breaks, creating disease due to stress, and struggling with anxiety.
Join Dr. Carlye Luft, Naturopathic Physician, Mayan Shamanic Healer, to learn how to embrace your cyclical nature of femininity. Understand and use your female hormone cycle to your advantage to be more productive and creative at work while still having a strong presence in your family and not sacrificing self-care – by simply doing less when it is called for.
This workshop is inspired by the Mayan Shamanic and Metaphysical Teachings of my Master Teacher- Dr. Suzan Rossi; my good friend and mentor-Coral Grant, and the book “Do Less” by Kate Northrup.
As always, Awareness Wednesdays are free and open to anyone, so come on in and broaden your awareness!

Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony with Amy Raven
May 23rd
Ecstatic dance is a movement practice featuring elements of experimentation, intuitive interpretation, and physical expression; creating a balance of polarities, through a practice of movement & stillness. Breaking through stuck energy; it’s not about being a “good” dancer, it’s about listening, releasing and allowing. You could spend the whole practice in child’s pose if that is what the intuition asks for.
Exploring movement to inspire creativity & stillness limitlessness.
Moving the body activates the creative force within. Transcend through movement breathe, flow, shake, dance sweat & surrender to stillness, euphoria wash over with the celebration of a balance. Gather in the community to dance.
We will be starting this gathering with a sacred circle sharing Cacao before we dance.
Drop-in $20 or class packages apply.

Chakra Sound Bath Meditation
With Shaamaahs
Saturday, February 9th 7:00-8:00pm
This sound meditation I’ve developed uses esoteric “drone” instruments in a specific tuning that is relative to natural ratios that are seen within the natural world, our physiology, our solar system and ancient cultural paradigms. IE: Fibonacci, Phi, and Pythagorean theorem. These natural ratios are incorporated with Tuvan/Kargyraa throat singing, matched octave singing bowls per each Chakra frequency, and a Shruti Box. This is performed solo and in unison to create a oscillation catalyst that allows for a phenomenon called “Sympathetic Resonance”. Each instrument used in this meditation when combined is something that when experienced is very unique and quite powerful at each progressive level of energy body development.
The goal of these sound meditations is to simply perform and provide a meditation that has the potential to relax, improve health, explore inwards and reach the true “teacher” within all of us. Space is limited for this amazing experience- in order to hold your spot give us a call at (406)993-2510 or register online by clicking here and going to the workshops tab.

Technology-Enhanced Mindfulness w/ Jay Sanguinetti
Stimulating your brain with Light and Sound to boost your Meditation practice
Sunday, January 27th, 1:00-2:30p.m.
The workshop will discuss using noninvasive brain stimulation to enhance meditation practice. We will focus on two relatively new modalities for brain stimulation: ultrasound and light. Part one will be a demo of how low-intensity ultrasound can accelerate meditation practice. We will run through an ultrasound + meditation protocol so the audience can get a sense of what the total setup looks like. (We call it SEM – sonication enhanced mindfulness). In the second part of the workshop, Jay will introduce another type of brain stimulation system that uses near-infrared light (via low power LEDs) to enhance brain function during meditation. Participants will get a chance to try low-level light stimulation while they meditate and will have an opportunity to discuss their phenomenological experience at the end. Space will be limited to 15 people, so register today! You can register by calling Santosha at (406)993-2510 or book online by clicking here and going to the workshops page.

Yoga for Cyclists (Athletes)
Friday, September 7th
6:00-7:30pm
We tend to play hard in the mountains. Cycling is an awesome full-body workout, that is a great tool for losing weight, staying healthy, and keeping in peak physical shape. But at the same time, the repetitive motion and strain can leave the body sore, tight, and achy, which can limit your muscle recovery and stamina, and make you prone to injury. Rejuvenate the body, and take your cycling to the next level by finding balance with a regular yoga practice!
Investment: Early Bird $25 until August 24th, after August 24th $30

Finding Contentment Within
Sunday, September 9th
4:00-7:00pm
How much time do you spend moving towards where you want to be versus being content with where you are? Where can you create space on your life? What would that space allow you to let in? What do you cling to (mentally/physically)? How could letting go of this allow you to let yourself live more fully and deeply?
Explore these questions and perhaps begin to work towards answers as you join Tara (Becky) for three hours of exploring the philosophy behind Santosha, the second of the five Niyamas. Navigate towards the contentment that exists within (no matter what life may have to offer) as we partake in journaling and discussion and flow through a Vinyasa practice. This will be followed by various practices that encourage finding that place of true acceptance and contentment, including progressive relaxation, visualization, and yoga nidra.
Investment: Early Bird $50 until August 24th, after August 24th $60

Awareness Wednesday Ancient Wisdom for Everyday Wellness with Callie Stolz
January 25th, 6:30 to 7:30pm
Do you feel like you need to make a shift? To change something in your daily routine in order to feel more balanced and or just feel better in your body? Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D., medical anthropologist and teacher of the healing practices of shamanism, says, “One spirit medicine opens the doors to the invisible matrix of wisdom where everything is intertwined, where every thought we have impacts every cell in our body and every molecule in the cosmos.” Dr. Marc Halpern, Ayurvedic teacher and practitioner, says, ” Where there is harmony there is health and where there is disharmony there is dis-ease. Ayurveda is the science of understanding how to bring one back to their individual state of harmony or balance.” Callie has seen a lot of overlap in these two different ancient healing modalities and is excited to share with you some of the gems she has stepped away with in her studies with both of these amazing teachers. Although the middle of the winter is sometimes not the best time to embark on a full cleanse or a detox. There are ways in which we can shift what we are eating and when we are eating it to shift our metabolism, as well as some specific foods and supplements to help to refresh us and help us simply feel better in our bodies.

Creative Writing Circle led by Liz McRae
Wednesday, February 22nd at 6:00-7:30 p.m.
We all have a story to tell.
Everyone’s life is made up of a million small moments, memories and stories. Think about them – crazy Aunt Sally’s wedding toast, skinny-dipping in the ocean, riding a horse, meeting someone you love for the first time. This creativity circle will focus on writing down your stories in short 5-10 minute sessions and then sharing what you write. This practice is not about proving(or not) that you are the next Ernest Hemingway somehow misguided into being a ski bum here in Big Sky, MT. This practice is about revealing yourself to yourself and telling your stories to a community of people who are doing the same. It may feel scary to think about reading aloud your writing, but storytelling is something humans have done for thousands of years and, well, it feels good to express this part of ourselves. Don’t take yourself so seriously.
Liz McRae took a couple of amazing writing classes with a Bozeman-based writer, Molly May (you should too! www.mollycaromay.com), sold her business and is now interested in creating an outlet for storytelling here in Big Sky. Bring a journal you love and a pen that writes well and tell your stories. Dare to come!

Foam Rolling and Fascia Release Workshop with Meg Lattanzio Sunday, May 21st 2:00-4:30pm
Do you want to move better? Recover faster? Perform better and have less pain? Self-Myofascial Release is an extraordinary tool to help you achieve these results. Using foam rollers, lacrosse/tennis balls and gentle warm up poses, Meg guides you through the basics of deep tissue release. The benefits are astounding: increases blood flow, improves muscular range of motion, reduces muscle soreness, maintains normal functional muscular length and encourages movement of your lymph. Wear comfortable clothing and drink plenty of water prior. This workshop is suitable for anyone and everyone!
After attending Bikram Yoga training in 2001, Meg opened one of Montana’s first hot yoga studios. Since being director and owner, she has traveled extensively to Australia, Hawaiian Islands and the east coast as a guest teacher where she has facilitated in house teacher training seminars and led workshops. Meg has had the privilege to study and practice with Diane Ducharme, Craig Villani, Esak Garcia and Mary Jarvis. With classic hot yoga as her foundation, Meg is also very much inspired by Eric Schiffmann, Dharma Mittra and Tony Sanchez. When not teaching hot yoga, her class tends to be a fusion of all her teacher’s golden nuggets where she teaches with integrity, intention and intuition. Recently, Meg has been fired up about fascia release techniques. After 17 years of practicing yoga, Meg now almost always includes these techniques along side her personal time on the mat. When not guiding a class, she is spending time with family and scheming ways to return to the sun, sand and salt.

108 Sun Salutations to Celebrate the Summer Solstice
Tuesday, June 20th at 9:00 am in the Town Center
This will be a collaborative effort between Yoga Stone and Santosha this year bringing together our entire yoga community. It will be held in Town Center Park near or on the stage. A yoga tradition is to do 108 sun salutations (Surya Namaskar A) to pay respects and surrender to the cycles of the universe, as we mark the end a season and the beginning of new phase at the Summer Solstice. As well as being an incredible mental and physical detox, celebrating this change together is a memorable experience that will leave your yoga practice changed. These salutations will enable you to appreciate your inner fire (agni), elevate your mental and physical capacity, and expand your own self expectations. As we move strongly and fluidly together, we will build and believe in our inner brilliance, while creating a favorable condition for meditation. Whether this number has any significance to you, or you just want a new mental and physical challenge, come and join us for a collective celebration of summer, yoga and our community. You will leave feeling strong, confident and liberated with a fresh summer glow. The event is free and open to everyone, with the option of a donation towards the BSCO (Big Sky Community Organization). We will start at 9am and go until we are finished- approximately an hour and a half.
July 2017
Community Yoga for a Cause Mondays (July through Labor Day) 11:00-Noon
This will be a donation based all levels yoga class with all proceeds going to an ALS organization called Team Gleason. Classes will be held in Town Center (stage or lawn depending upon the weather and whether people would like sun or shade). If it is cold or stormy class will be held at Santosha.
Over the past few summers we have offered community yoga classes on the lawn for a different benefit for something in our community each month. When I was thinking about what organization would make sense to support this summer, it seemed obvious that it would be best to support the Robin family anyway we could through our practice. Mark and Jackie have always been such great supporters of Santosha, coming to class regularly over the years as well as providing their team at the Moose with classes at Santosha ever since we opened our doors. In this way and so many other ways the Robins have been such an awesome part of our community. It has been really beautiful to see so much support and an outpouring of love towards Mark and Jackie and their family in their time of need. I am excited and honored to teach this weekly donation based class to give back to a cause they are behind. Team Gleason focuses on technical support for People with ALS (PALS) and their families. The Robin family along with many other families suffering from ALS have been supported through this great grassroots organization. So after speaking with them about the different organizations that helps to create awareness around this disease and support people through the process, it seemed like the natural choice.
These classes will begin July 3rd and go through September 4th. Hope to see you on the lawn!

First starting her yoga career here in Bozeman at Beyond Boundaries, she has since moved and help establish yoga communities on Kaua’i, Hawai’i and Bologna, Italy. Joanna has traveled to China and India to study and deepen her own personal practice of qi gong and yoga so that she can continue to expand her offerings for her students. Most recently, Joanna took part in the very first yoga teacher training based entirely on the transformational power of sound (including Sanskrit, mantra, Indian classical vocal meditation, and non-violent communication for everyday life). She is coming here to Montana to share her passion for this fundamental yoga practice that opens up the inner doorway to true and lasting freedom and bliss. Deepak Chopra’s Course on Chakras
Saturday, February 6th 11-1pm
Consciousness transforms into matter in our bodies located at our 7 chakras. Chakras are part of the subtle body and control the transformation of subtle energies from higher dimensions into physical energy. There are many Chakras, located at the junction points of the energy channels (nadis) of the subtle body. The 7 Chakras located along the spine are considered to be the most important. Chakra means “wheel”, they constantly spin the world into existence. When the Chakras are blocked or clouded, transformation is blocked, creating disharmony and suffering in our life. When the Chakras are clear and “awakened” the mind and body become balanced and we gain full access to higher realms of existence.
During this class, we will explore:
– What causes blocks in each Chakra?
– How to open/enliven each Chakra to live a happier, more balanced life
– Exercises to open each Chakra through movement and sound toning
– Soothing Guided Visualization meditation
Investment $40

Awareness Wednesday – Foundations of Mind-Body Nutrition with Heather McDonnell
March 16th 7-8:00pm
“What we eat is only half of the story of good nutrition. The other half is who we are as eaters.” – Marc David, Founder of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating
Who are YOU as an eater? Do you fear food? Think dietary fat will make you fat? Do you eat in a hurry, while stressed out, distracted, or with erratic timing? Did you know that the same switch in the brain that turns on the stress response – the sympathetic nervous system – turns off digestion, assimilation and slows down thermic efficiency? The same switch in the brain that turns on the relaxation response – the parasympathetic nervous system – turns on full healthy digestive and calorie burning power. You could eat the healthiest food in the universe, but if it’s eaten in any degree of stress, you have literally decreased the nutritional value of your meal. I n this talk, I will introduce to you the fundamentals of Mind Body Nutrition. Mind Body Nutrition reveals how stress physiology, the relaxation response, breathing, awareness, pleasure, meal timing and much more profoundly influence digestion and calorie burning. Le arn how to slow down, optimize meal timing, cultivate awareness in your eating experience, leave the table feeling satisfied and nourished, and in turn allow your body to calorie burn, digest and assimilate nutrients optimally.
As always, Awareness Wednesdays are free and open to anyone, so come on in and expand your awareness!

Master Class & Workshop with Becky Eschenroeder
Strength to Surrender with Becky Eschenroeder
Friday, September 23rd 6:00-7:30pm
Finding your “edge” in yoga requires listening to not only your body, but also to your heart and your mind; trusting that inner guide that comes from within. Mindfully toeing the lines of our “limits” is what makes us stronger. Learn how to invite challenges into your life and turn them into opportunities though the use of your own instincts, knowledge, and ability to trust and surrender.
Join Becky and Margo on a journey of discovering your “inner guide” that leads you to that internal place of purity and trust that is always there no matter what life may look like on the “outside.” We will touch on the importance of needing to let go in order for transformation to occur and on finding courage to do so. It takes strength to let go and trust, and we will work towards that as we explore the meaning behind the Niyama, Ishvara Pranidhana.
This journey inward will include a combination of an intense physical practice with thought provoking information, meditation, and long savasana that will allow the students to realize and connect with the importance of working as hard as they can but knowing when it is okay to stop, let go, and know it is okay to surrender (that it is even necessary sometimes).
Please dress comfortably and bring a mat, a journal and a pen. It’s also best to avoid eating a heavy meal 60 minutes prior to this workshop.
Investment: Early Bird~ $20 after 9/16~ $25

Prepare to embark on this journey as you join Becky for three hours of exploring the philosophy behind Manipura, the third of the five Chakras; Anahata, the fourth of the five Chakras; and Ishvarah Pranidhana, the fifth of the five Niyamas. Navigate towards that sense of freedom that exists within (no matter what life may have to offer) as we partake in journaling and discussion and flow though a Vinyasa practice and some visualization as well.

Awareness Wednesday – Reclaim Your Health: The Power of the Mind to Heal the Body with Angela Marie Patnode
October 19th from 7pm to 8:15pm
Angela Marie Patnode, Transformational Coach and Spiritual Teacher, will share how she recovered from a 2 year undiagnosed virus, EMF (electromagnetic) sensitivity, and chronic hip and back pain. She followed the route of western medicine and meditation, but found out there’s a very specific reason these things happened and that it’s possible to go to the root of what’s creating the symptoms instead of chasing the symptoms.
What Angela learned can heal such conditions as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Pain, Chemical, Food and Mold Sensitivities, Lyme Disease, Electric Hypersensitivity Syndrome, Anxiety, PTSD, Inflammatory Conditions and more.
The chemicals you can create just by what you think, feel and how you behave, are 100 times stronger than any pharmaceutical you can take. Everything you need to heal is already in your body!

Alchemy of Alignment with Anna Ourusoff
Sunday November 20th 10:00am-12:30pm and 2-4:30pm
We will shift into new ways of stepping into aligning with our essential nature, trusting the zone of not knowing, which is where Magic actually happens. Using Universal principles of alignment, we gain the skill to trust with courage a new way of being aligned with ourselves, life, and each other.
Although the day is a mini retreat designed with two classes that fit together, you are welcome to come to either session. The morning will set the ground work for creating a context for the rest of our time together. Without a carefully crafted context, content can feel like it miss
es meaning and depth, and transformation or alchemy can be just short of happening. What is often referred to as the art of “setting an intention” is the alchemist’s preparation of the magical shift that is imminent, and as close to us as our next breath.
Are you ready to let go and open to the magic?
Each session will have meditation, pranayama (breathing), and mostly asana that practices being willing to undergo deep transformation, and step out in a new human experience.
Investment: Individual sessions are $45 or $80 for both- Click here to Register and go to the workshops tab.
Anna has been teaching yoga for thirty years and is an Anusara certified instructor. She loves to share her passion for exploring and experiencing the truth of who we are through the practice of yoga which puts us in touch with being the musicians of our own body instruments.
